Please make note of a few clarifications for the weekly club meeting:

 To secure the projector please contact Ruby Murphy at 649-1403 at least 1 week in advance. Ruby works with Nancy Coleman at Columbus Tech in the Economic Development office room 603.   We are very fortunate to have this benefit available to our club but we must make arrangements with Ruby to reserve, pick up, and return the projector. If the member sponsoring the program is not available to pick up the projector please contact another member, Larry Jay, or me to assist with the logistics.  

 The time allotted for Member Spotlight should be 2 to 5 minutes in order to stay with the agenda and end the meeting as closely to 1:00 as possible.  If it is your week to give the member spotlight please plant to sit at the head table.
