The North Columbus Rotary Club held a small tennis outing for its members. The weather was warm, the tennis was warmer. Participating were David Overby , Marisela Humphries, Chuck Davis, and Jim Hutcheson. If you were in the vacinity of the Green Island Tennis Courts about 2:15-2:30 you may have mistaken the sounds you heard for gunshots, Fort Benning firing exercises, or even a low flying jet breaking the sound barrier. The noises you heard were none of these. What you heard was undoubtedly the sound of Marisela smashing the tennis balls back at Jim, David, and Chuck.
As you can plainly see, she simply 'knocked the yellow' off the tennis balls!
Thanks to Chuck for setting it up the outings. A fun time was had by all!
